The Finance Department is responsible for providing all aspects of the city's financial functions including:
Accounts payable, check processing and 1099 reporting
Annual (or multi-year) budget preparation
Cost effectiveness and cost / benefit analysis
Federal transportation
Financial record keeping

Grant tracking
Payroll processing and periodical payroll reporting
