You can pay your water bill at City Hall Monday through Thursday during office hours. After hours payments can be dropped into the night-drop box across from the City Hall front door and will be processed the following business day. You can also pay you bill online by clicking the link below or sign up for automatic payments by filling out the Direct Debit Form and returning it to City Hall at 115 S Robinson St.
Please call City Hall at (661) 822-2200 to shut off your water for repairs. Water service start-up or termination forms are available at City Hall.

You may appeal the violation(s) associated with your notice online at: www.CitationProcessingCenter.com or you may appeal by mail by submitting a copy of the citation and an explanation of any extenuating circumstances and/or why you believe this violation(s) was issued in error.
Appeals sent via mail must be RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE MAILING DATE OF YOUR NOTICE. Those appeals received after 14 days of the mailing date will not be accepted. You may submit photographs or other documents to support your position. These documents will not be returned to you. Please type or print clearly . You may use the enclosed envelope to submit your appeal to the address on the front of your notice.
If you need an encroachment permit, please contact the Development Services Department at 661-822-2200 x 114. You can also fill out an Encroachment Permit and drop it off at the City Hall Annex, 117 S Robinson St.
