If I don’t agree with a parking violation I received, what can I do about it?

You may appeal the violation(s) associated with your notice online at:  www.CitationProcessingCenter.com or you may appeal by mail by submitting a copy of the citation and an explanation of any extenuating circumstances and/or why you believe this violation(s) was issued in error. 

Appeals sent via mail must be RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE MAILING DATE OF YOUR NOTICE. Those appeals received after 14 days of the mailing date will not be accepted.  You may submit photographs or other documents to support your position. These documents will not be returned to you. Please type or print clearly . You may use the enclosed envelope to submit your appeal to the address on the front of your notice.
